時間はとられる

　知識労働者には自らの方向づけを自らさせなければならない。そのため、何が、なぜ期待されているかを理解させなければならない。自らが生み出すものを利用する人たちの仕事を理解させなければならない。そのためには多くの情報、対話、指導が必要となる。ここでも時間が必要となる。
